1. Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the United States at this time.

2. How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received. We respond as promptly as possible. We typically reply within 24-72 hours of receiving a message or email.

3. Can i change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If  you notice an error, please email us ASAP at sales@avaandqueens.net with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. However, there's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we will do everything we can. 

4. How long is the processing period?

Order processing times are usually between 2-5 business days after the day order is placed.  Majority of packages are prepared and packed within 1 business day, but if warehouse is backed up, processing times may go up to 5 business days following the day order is placed.

5. Will my order come in one package?

You may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive a few days apart, due to size, contents of the order or they may come from a different manufacturer. Rest assured, you will receive a flat rate of $5 for shipping up to $88.99 and free shipping on $89 and up orders.

6.  What is the store's Shipping Information?

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays to Fridays ( excluding major holidays).  After placing your order, your package should be shipped out  within 1-5 business days. Also, you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated time frame.

7. What if there are Out of stock/ Backordered Products?

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.

8. How can I track my order?

9. The tracking number says "DELIVERED", but I haven't received my order?

All US Delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.) once its been shipped from the warehouse. Please contact them to locate package. 

10. What do I do if something is missing in my order or if something is damaged?
